City Government
The City of Goddard is a city of 3rd Class and has adopted the Mayor-Council-City Administrator form of government. The non-partisan council consists of the mayor and five council members who receive support from a local planning commission and a dedicated city staff.
The Goddard City Council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. For information call City Hall at (316) 794-2441. Goddard City Hall is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
