City Departments
Administrative offices are located at the Goddard City Hall located at 118 N. Main. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding holidays. Emergency Services are accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling 911.
Administrative offices perform multiple functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, utility billing and data processing.
City water/sewer bills may be paid at City Hall. Answers to questions regarding water bills may be obtained by calling 316-794-2441.
Employment
The city of Goddard employs all personnel under a merit system of personnel administration. The merit system requires that all personnel transactions be based on individual ability and competence and that all employees meet acceptable levels of performance.
